Pamela Peters of WatsonPeters brings extensive HR experience and skills from the public and private sector. Pamela has a background of leadership, HR Management and organisational development, learnt not simply as an advisor, but from doing it.

Pamela is also an Independent RMA Commissioner. She blends her wide knowledge of people and environmental management to contribute to the development of an organisation with her understanding of people, teams, organisational performance and success factors. She has been involved in shaping, creating and leading organisations for more than 20 years.
